We aim to provide a caring, efficient and effective service to all our service users. However we appreciate that there will be times when the service provided will not meet the requirements of the service user or carer. At these times we are happy to meet with you and discuss any issues that may have arisen.

When a complaint is received it will be dealt with efficiently and in a confidential manner. This will be dealt with by gathering all necessary information from the complaint, whilst respecting the service user and the representative of the service user.
